No. The service is provided under the techical and economical ability of WELU. We reserve the right to stop providing our service when necessary.
The person providing the rating must be at the age of 18 minimum.
You can rate both, the clinic and also the dentist.
Your rating should be as clear and precise as possible. This is the only way how the community and the dentist can take advantage of it and learn from it.
We are legally endorsed to check ratings in that case. Please be prepared that we ask for information such as proofs for the appointment. In any case your privacy will be protected.
No. For sure we have the intension to provide unfiltered ratings to be as independent as possible However WELU checks against some criteria such as to ensure that no-one is harmed by the rating or that language is appropriate. You can always be sure that we have to goal to save your privacy at all time. At WELU we distinguish between different types of data such as "personal account data", "public communication data" and "non personal data". Questions by Dentists

Yes. We distinguish between "clinic owners" that are not acting in a role as a dentist, "principal dentists" that are in charge for one or more clinics and "Associate dentists" that work for one or more clinics.

No. The organization has to be in the B2C patient business and therefore provide dental service to end users (such as teeth whitening for example). For registering an organization you have to be the owner or the principal or you have written proof that you are allowed to do so.
Yes. Besides a basic membership what is free of cost there are several membership packages providing additional service that is not for free. Basically WELU distinguishes between membership packages for "associates" and for "clinics". For more information please check the specific section.
Yes. There are a few more duties that we expect from gold or platinum members. We expect from our partners that patients that ask for an appointment using the voucher system get preferred treatment in terms of availability for an appointment (within 1 week max) and an offer of a 10% discount on an additonal cosmetic treatment as provided with the voucher code. The specifc dental service used in the promotion will be agreed on while signing up as a member.
No. WELU changes the content as and when. In case of a content upgrade with non changing fees then we reserve the right do change without permission. In case of changing the package including the monthly fees then we send an information and you have the right to withdraw from the membership at the end of the actual contractual period; WELU will always only charge the agreed amount and will not change prices during the actual contractual period.
Yes. All non paying memberships are on a monthly basis. The contractucal period for paying memberships is three months always. All memberships are self-renewing at the last day of the contractual period if there is no other information of any party involved.
We currently accept credit and debit cards and also the secure payment system Stripe.
